Work through each clause systematically, rating your current compliance as fully compliant (✅), partially compliant (⚠️), or not yet addressed (❌). Use the Notes column to record specific gaps, the person responsible for closing each gap, and the target completion date.
Focus your initial effort on the three new requirement areas — Clauses 4.1, 5.1.1, and 6.1 — as these are the only substantive changes from ISO 9001:2015. All other clauses are carried forward with minor editorial clarifications.
